  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili paste (adjust to spice level)
  • 1 tsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • Juice of ½ lime
