Instructions:

  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  3. Roast the Potatoes: Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for about 30-35 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
