- Place a cabbage leaf on a flat surface and add a heaping tablespoon of the filling to the center.
- Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, basil, salt, and pepper.
5. Arrange and Cook:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down in the dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the rolls, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
