Slow cooker Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

110g self raising flour
40g heavy cocoa powder (I used Aldi’s own make)
150g caster sugar
150g butter
3 large eggs
Chocolate spread such a Nutella

Method:

Mix the flour, butter, caster sugar and eggs.
Grease a bowl and put a generous amount of chocolate spread at the bottom. Add the sponge mix on top and cover the bowl with foil. Place the bowl in the slow cooker and fill with hot water, the hot water should come approx halfway up the bowl.
Cook on high for 2.5 hours.
