Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat

  • Pat dry the ribeye steaks and chicken breasts with a paper towel.
  • Season both generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • In a hot pan, sear the ribeye steaks for 2 minutes per side in olive oil, just until browned. (This locks in the flavor before slow-cooking.)
  • Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Slow-Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken & Ribeye

  • In the slow cooker, place the chicken and ribeye at the bottom.
  • Pour in the beef broth to keep the meat tender.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and pour evenly over the meat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.

3. Prepare the Parmesan Potatoes

  • In a bowl, toss potato wedges with butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Once the chicken and ribeye are done, remove them from the slow cooker and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with crispy Parmesan potatoes and drizzle the garlic butter sauce from the slow cooker over the top.
