- 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
For the Frosting:
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup (55g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups (360g) powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup (80ml) whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
