Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Sausage

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 4–5 minutes.
  3. Remove sausage and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
