How to Make the Best Egg Rolls

1. Cook the Filling

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork or chicken until browned.

  2. Fry egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, turning until golden brown.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
