That’s exactly what happened when my husband and I teamed up in the kitchen to cook a meal that we both couldn’t get enough of. Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
